Focus Groups are an excellent way to test new business ideas and gain insights into your customers’ attitudes, motivations and behaviours.

We use Focus Groups to test new product ideas, advertising campaigns, marketing communications and new brand identities. If you want to be able to observe the groups, we can run them in a special viewing studio so you and your team can come along to watch. In some instances, however, Depth Interviews may be more appropriate. We can advise you on what is the best technique to use for the results you want.

with both depth and breadth of feedback.
