To research the levels of job satisfaction and loyalty to employers which exists in the UK and examine staff attitudes to flexible working. This was a syndicated study funded by a wide variety of sponsors.

The research:

The research consisted of 1,000 online interviews with a representative national sample of employees across both public and private sectors.

The outcome:

“This survey revealed low levels of employee advocacy and highlighted strong
demand in the UK for more flexible working practices. It showed that work-life
balance is now second only to salary in importance for UK employees”
