  • Measuring the experiences of businesses which have relocated to Milton Keynes in the past
  • Comparing users’ views on the Invest Milton Keynes website compared to rival websites.
• The research programme took the form of a series of surveys, individual depth interviews and web clinics.
• The research showed:
  • 97% of businesses which have relocated in the past are satisfied with Milton Keynes as a base for their business.
  • The more informed businesses and employees are about Milton Keynes, the more they like it. Those who visit the city emerge with a much enhanced view of it.
  • Property consultants consider the Invest Milton Keynes website to be superior to
    that of rival cities.
